This is a superbly well done clay animation movie adaptation of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by a fan who posted his 4+ hours of hard work onto youtube. There are like 26 parts to it, and again, it is done really nicely; it doesn't always follow the book, but makes a lot more sense than WB's adaptations.

I was having a crappy awful day but this really cheered me up. That kid spent forever doing this. I am impressed. I wonder if he does all the voices? I would gladly volunteer to do the female voices, since he is not very good at imitating them. I need to reread these books.
