ilove harry potter simply because it literally helped me start writing. i alwasy loved to write and after reading each hp book my writing skills have grown in fantasy genre. it also broaden my imgainary mind. i was able to visulaize each scene in every book vividly

my fav parts::

cos--idk why but i loved when ginny's valenine sang to harry

poa-- when sirius asked harry to live with

gof--the first triwizard tournmant task

ootp--the battle between dumbledore and voldemort

hbp---harry and ginny kissing

dh--the final battle of hogwarts

I want to respond to this but I need time to think about my favorite part of each book.

As for why I love the series so much, it is an escape. Reading these books now is like talking with an old friend. They have helped me when I have been sad or bored or in need of a vacation. When Book 7 came out, I thought that it my love of the books would fade away because I know what happens in the end....but instead I find myself still drawn to them when I need comfort.

I love the Harry Potter books, and therefore I also love Jo Rowling, because these are the books that got me into one of the most awesome hobbies/pasttimes/fun-things-to-do in the world!

Reading

I started reading them in 3rd grade and gradually my love for the series as a whole grew exponentially with each book. By OotP I was at the bookstore, having preordered the book, and waiting in line for my Hp5. Around this time I, at least subconsiously, had a huge connection to the books, and the characters and every elelment of the books. If I had to briefly say what I love about the books, I'd say that they are excellent pieces of literature, AMAZING reads (even after 30 times), inspired a super fandom, and helped me get where I am today as a person. I am forever indebted to Jo Rowling.

I'm also kind of pissed that my writing style is slightly influenced by JKR's books

I LOVE the Harry Potter books because they are simply amazing!

I was introduced to them wayyyyyy back in the 1st grade. A girl in my class (now my best friend) who was at the same reading level as me suggested the Harry Potter series because she had just started them and her older brothers had read them previously and loved them. When I was little I didn't have many friends because I liked books more than ppl. So I basically grew up pretending that I really knew Harry, Ron and Hermione. I started school with them and I will end it with them.
